We recommend that your teeth be cleaned at least twice a year in order to maintain a healthy and beautiful smile. Professional teeth cleaning include tooth scaling, polishing, and if too much tarter is present, a full mouth debridement.

Good oral hygiene between cleanings is essential to preventing tartar build-up which causes the problems mentioned above. This is done by carefully and frequently brushing with a toothbrush and using dental floss to prevent accumulation of plaque on the teeth.
